general guidlines

- By hiring me, you agree to my terms.
- I reserve the right to decline requests that make me uncomfortable without further discussion.
- Rushed or rude clients may have their request declined or be eligible for a refund.
- Please provide a reference picture; I cannot work from written descriptions.
- I won't create art involving Hate Speech, Gore, or Illegal content.
- Clients can repost their artwork but must credit me.
- You'll receive a sketch as a midway point for feedback and edits.
- No work-in-progress updates for Sketches or Doodles. only 1 rough pose will be sent.
- Once the sketch is approved, any major changes after finalizing will incur extra charges.
- Failure to respond or pay within a week will forfeit your slot.
- Provide clear descriptions of accessories or clothing to avoid major edits later.
- The artwork provided should not be used for AI, NFT, or any for-profit purposes; doing so is prohibited and may lead to legal action.

refunds/deadlines

- Refund policy: No charge before the sketch starts. Once the sketch is in progress or completed, full payment must be made unless we discussed prior that not everything can be payed in 1 go. in thoes cases i do not continue working on the commission until the payment has been done. No refunds after the sketch stage, unless I decide otherwise.
- Completion time: Commissions might take up to 1 month depending on workload, commission type, and other commitments. average time is within a week but like i said, it depends.
- Specified due dates: Please notify me at least two weeks in advance for specific deadlines like birthdays or holidays. Shorter notices may be accepted at my discretion, considering the commission type.

usage of art

- My rights: I have the right to use the artwork for self-promotion, social media, and as examples with my watermark. It cannot be used for commercial purposes without prior agreement.
- Commissioner's rights: You can claim character rights (not the drawing itself), repost with proper credit, and request not to display the art elsewhere. This request must be made upon or before receiving the artwork to be considered.
